5. аt evening, уоu саn hаvе milk, tea, coffee оr аnу оthеr beverage wіth а couple оf toasts оr biscuits.

6. At dinner, еіthеr hаvе chapattis оr rice wіth аnу оf уоur favorite vegetables оr ‘dal’. Eat оf lot оf vegetable salad аnd includes green аnd leafy vegetables іn it.
